SHIPPING

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

We include Free Shipping with your order, which is sent by post or Express and includes a tracking number. In order to keep shipping costs down, our basic international shipping is done via post, however, we will automatically choose Express shipping if the shipping costs are similar.

If the postal system in your location is slow or unreliable, or your just cant wait to get your hands on our products, we suggest you to choose express shipping for a small additional fee.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information.

 

RETURN POLICY

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 60 days of purchase.

You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

Email us at support@zivif.com with your email address and order ID and someone will be in touch to coordinate your return.

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping costs for returns are covered by the buyer.

Return shipping should be sent by any means that includes online tracking of the package.

If the returns have signs of wear / missing accessories. There will be a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price.

Items returned in original condition are not subject to a restocking fee.

Lost or damaged items will not be covered for returns.
